Our Team

Gautham Kolluri, (Executive Director and Founder member) is a recognized leader and craftsmen of the International Recruitment Industry in Ukraine. As a 19 year old International student he first arrived to Ukraine in December 1993 and established Center of International Programs (CIP) in 2001. Starting from scratch with no local language skills and having survived the chaos after the fall of Soviet Union he gained excellent insight and local expertise which helped him to develop CIP into one of the largest companies in Ukraine with 7 offices in major cities of Ukraine and still expanding. About 5000 Ukrainian applicants have participated through CIP since inception iin 2001.

 

Eric Steiner, (USA Director, Founder Member), has been recruiting and managing international staff for U.S. employers since 2003. He has lived in Prague, Moscow, and other European cities, beginning with his growing up in a diplomatic family. He has a Master's degree from the JHU School of Advanced International Studies. Eric has overseen the recruitment, visa processing, and management of thousands of international employees hired by U.S. companies, both seasonally and long-term. He is skilled in troubleshooting the range of issues which arise in cross-cultural situations, including logistical, language, and legal aspects. Because CIP's global staff remains closely unified, there is no room for misunderstanding -- we are able to manage all aspects of international hiring.
